Friday, September 16:
• 5:30–6:10 p.m. – Parade/Opening Ceremony
Grand Marshal: The Honorable Kenneth I. Wright, Mayor

• 6:15-9:00 p.m. - Good Life Band
• 9:00-11:00 p.m. - Masters of Motown
Attendants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets to enjoy FREE concerts.

Saturday, September 17:

• 5th Annual Victory Walk
Walk begins at 9:00 a.m.
On-Site Registration: 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.

Join us for a gentle 2 mile walk along one of the oldest working harbors in the country! Proceeds benefit the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation.
• Kids Corner
Noon - 5:30 p.m.
Featuring a full assortment of traditional kids activities including special appearances from Andalo, the Children's Museum of Virginia Mascot, arts and crafts, giant inflatables, relays, parachute play, coloring contests, connect 4 challenge, checkers, tug-of-war, kids horseshoes, youth fitness challenge, and much more. All activities will be supervised by Portsmouth Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Staff.
FREE Live Music on Unity and Umoja Stages:
- 4:00-5:30 p.m. - Against All Odds
- 5:30-7:30 p.m. - Fuzz Band
